Yes sure, I am familiar with Florence, my hometown, and several other beautiful Italian town and cities.

I know where to find the best backdrop for your photos, and I know how to get there: hidden city corners, desert beaches and green golf courses alike.

If you are not keen on driving in Italy, I can drive you to the selected spot for your outdoors pictures.

You are choosing a professional who has worked since 1996, and in particular as a wedding photographer since 2005 with over 250 couples.

Your wedding day is too important (and irreplaceable) to risk having mediocre pictures due to an unexperienced photographer who won’t be able to face any problem that may arise.

I can help you overcome the small hiccups that may happen during the ceremony. What it if rains, for example? I will find a way to take your pictures the following day.

I will be at your complete disposal for as long as you need me.

Do you want me to be with you from the getting-ready to the cutting of the cake? Or maybe only for the ceremony and the reception? No problem! In any case, I will not only take your pictures, but will also help you manage timings and running order of your wedding.

I will suggest ideas to obtain the best results, but you will obviously make the final decisions. If some of your beloved ones cannot be at the wedding, I will send you a few pictures you can forward to them the next day.

Getting to know me and planning your service is easy, also from abroad.

If we can’t meet in person before the wedding, we can speak on Skype, via e-mail, Facebook or WhatsApp.I reply to messages within 12 hours, trust me!

I usually publish them online on a private gallery where you can easily download them in an high resolution and they will be available for six month from the publishing date.

There are many others places close enough to Palazzo Vecchio, the famous Florence city hall.

The first one is Fiesole, a small village located on the hills that borders with the Tuscan capital.

It also offers the opportunity to get married on a panoramic terrace on the first floor of the town hall.

In nearby Bagno a Ripoli it is possible to get married in the ancient Spedale del Bigallo, a charming medieval building, located a few minutes’ drive from the city center of Florence.

Today it houses a hostel, but it still offers the perfect space to celebrate your wedding in Florence.

Another town near Florence is Scandicci, where you can get married outdoors, at the Castello dell’Acciaiolo.

The building dating back to the fourteenth century, now owned by the municipality, offers the opportunity to celebrate a civil ceremony in the garden, with a very special atmosphere.

What are the locations in the city center of Florence with a view of the Duomo?

Perhaps not everyone knows that there are several hotels in the center of Florence that have a terrace overlooking the Florence Cathedral.

There you can organize a symbolic ceremony, or maybe a lunch or a reception for your wedding in Florence.

One of these is without a doubt the Baglioni Hotel, which offers the possibility of hosting your wedding reception (or, if you wish, a dinner or lunch) on their huge terrace.

Another one is the Hotel Tornabuoni, where it’s possible to enjoy a breathtaking view over the Ponte Vecchio.

Located on the top floor of an ancient tower dating back to 1200, it offers among its services a restaurant, perfect for your wedding dinner.

Another option with a unique view over the bridge is the Hotel Continental where the bar on the terrace, elegant and modern, is perfect for an elopement in Florence or maybe for an engagement.

One of the churches that allow you to celebrate your religious marriage in Florence is the church of Santi Apostoli, right in the heart of Florence, a few steps from Piazza della Signoria.

It’s a medium-sized church, ideal for small or intimate weddings. Another splendid church in the city center of Florence is Borgo Ognissanti, located on the homonymous square.

Very close to the Arno River, it is a very large Baroque church, perfect also for weddings with many guests.

If instead you are looking for a church just outside the city, you can take a look at the church of San Martino a Mensola, on the border with the town of Florence and Fiesole.

A church of medium size, it’s very convenient if your guests are coming with a car since it’s easy to park nearby. Furthermore, it offers a panoramic view over the city of Florence.
